The theory of ultrasonic plastic welding is that when a 20kHz high pressure,high amplitude signals are generated by the generated by the generator,through a transducer the signal is converted to high-frequency mechanical vibration,then pressure it on the plastic workpiece,where temperature raises on the workpiece's surface and inner of the friction between the molecules.When the temperature reaches the melting point of the workpiece it selt,the workpiece interface rapidly melting, and then fill in the space between the interface. When vibration stops,workpiece cooling under certain pressure and setting at the same time,where a perfect welding effect is achieved.
